Rao is the Founder and Managing Partner of Truscel Capital, a Merger & Acquisition Advisory Firm. Rao has more than 20 Years of Expertise in the field of Merger & Acquisition Advisory Services in leading firms such as UBS, Deloitte etc with experience in leading more than 300M&A transactions.
He earned his Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines in 1995 and Master of Commerce from the Bangalore University, India in 1991. He has in-depth knowledge in valuations with specific trainings such as “Equity Valuation of Strategies and Methodologies” conducted by the New York Society of Security Analysts in New York City, “Equity Valuations in Volatile Markets” conducted by the London School of Economics at London and “General Management Program” conducted by the National University of Singapore in Singapore.
